After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the eye witnesses are still under examination and therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application at this stage, with liberty to file a fresh one after examination of material witnesses. 2.
Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
