After hearing arguments from both the sides, Mr. Praveen Dabas, learned counsel for respondents submit that he would have no objection to the proposal given by the Mr. Bhandari, learned ASC (Crl.) and he would advise his client to submit application for the purposes of telephonic and electronic communication in terms of Delhi Prison Rules, 2018 to the Jail Superintendent. 2.
He, however, requests that the concerned Jail Superintendent be directed to consider such application forthwith and, in case, his application is rejected, he may be permitted to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court. 3.
In view of the above and also keeping in mind Rule 631 of Delhi Prison Rules, 2018, the present petition is disposed of with the abovesaid direction to the petitioner as well as to the Jail Superintendent. 4.
Liberty, as prayed, is granted.

The impugned order stands modified in aforesaid terms. 6.
A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master. 7.
Copy of this order be sent to Jail Superintendent for information and due compliance.
