By virtue of the present bail application under Sections 483 and 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks grant of interim bail in FIR No.271/2019 dated 14.08.2019 under Sections 302/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) read with Sections 25/54 of the Arms Act, 1959 at PS: Patel Nagar, Delhi. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application. However, he submits that the applicant be given timely treatment as he is suffering from chronic lower back ache.
