The present application under Section .439 of CrPC seeks the following prayers:

"It is most respectfully prayed that in the above mentioned circumstances the accused may please be released on interim bail for 30 days.

Any other or further relief which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case." 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application before the concerned Trial Court with fresh medical documents.
