Learned Counsel, Ms. Gayatri Mohite, liquidator of M/s Easyday Shop (Future Retail Limited) enters appearance and submits that pursuant to proceedings filed before the NCLT, Mumbai Bench-II, a liquidator has been appointed for the Respondent for its dissolution and that she is representing such liquidator.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has handed across a copy of the public announcement dated 02.08.2024 in this behalf. The Registry is directed to scan and upload the same so that it remains embedded in the case file.

Learned Counsel for the Liquidator further submits that in view of the pending proceedings, the present Petition cannot proceed further. The Petitioner, however, has liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law qua redressal of his grievances.
