Learned counsel appearing for UOI states upon instructions that the draft SOP for issuance of recovery certificate/recoveries has been prepared and filed along with the counter affidavit. He further states that the same is in line with the SOP issued by the State Government with the addition that no demand notice is to be insisted upon at the time of issuance of recovery certificate. Let a copy of the draft SOP be shared with the learned counsel for the petitioners, who may if so needed, give their inputs on the same to the learned counsel for UOI.
