% 13.08.2024 1.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that taking into account the fact that the petitioner had served as a Constable for more than 04 years and has been boarded out on the ground of his defective vision, he would, for the present be, satisfied if the respondents are directed to consider the present petition as a representation. 2.
Even though a counter affidavit already stands filed, we are of the view that taking into account that petitioner had served the CRPF for 04 years, the respondents ought to consider his plea sympathetically as per law. We, therefore, dispose of the writ petition along with pending application by directing the respondents to treat the present petition as a representation and pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon within a period of four months.
