This application has been jointly moved under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 presenting terms of settlement between the parties. The terms of settlement are contained in para 4 (a-h). The said application is signed by the plaintiff and defendant Nos.1 and 2 through their authorised signatories. The said application has supported by the affidavits of these authorised signatories.

Counsels for parties appear and confirm the factum of the settlement. Accordingly, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the said suit. 3.
Decree-sheet be drawn up in terms of the prayer in para 41 (a) and (b) of the plaint.

early on in the proceedings, the plaintiff is entitled to a refund of 50% of the Court Fees, as per applicable rules.

The parties will be bound by the terms of the settlement. 6.
Defendant No.3, being Department of Telecommunications, were only impleaded for the purposes of take down directions. This may not be now necessary in view of the settlement, and therefore no decree or directions are sought against them.

Accordingly, the suit is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of as infructuous. 9.
