By way of the present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is invoking the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent/Insurance Company appears on advance notice.

injuries in the accident in question) to submit a succession certification consequent to the demise of the parents of the deceased/Mr. Munna Lal, who are arrayed as petitioner No.6/Mrs. Niyadra Devi and petitioner No.7/Mr. Ram Khelawan. 6.
Since the matter already stands disposed of, there is no legal necessity to submit a succession certificate. However, the verification of the factum of death of the parents be obtained from the SHO concerned, if not already obtained.

The present petition is disposed of with a direction that the learned Presiding Officer, MACT-01, Karkardooma Courts shall not insist for requirement of succession certificate from the surviving claimants and the remaining amount of compensation which was awarded to petitioners No.6 and 7 be released to the widow of the deceased with accrued interest thereupon.
