Learned counsel for the appellant states that since the parties have resolved their disputes in terms of the settlement under Vivad se Vishwas II (Contractual Dispute) Scheme and the appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeal.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

The amount deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this Court is directed to be refunded to the appellant.
