The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "a) Initiate appropriate contempt proceedings against the Respondent/ contemnors for having deliberately and willfully flouting the orders dated 28.7.2020 and 01.08.2018 passed by Ld. Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in the MT 45/2018, (CC/370/2018), Anita Vs. Rakesh Kumar subsequently prosecutes and punishes the Respondent for his contemptuous acts and for deliberately not complying with the order despite having knowledge of the same and being further directed to comply with the above orders by law. b) Pass such other and further order(s) and/or direction(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
