The present writ petition filed by the Heavy Engineering Corporation Limited seeks to assail the order dated 23.12.2019 issued by the Recovery Officer of the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation, whereby the petitioner's bank accounts at State Bank of India, Hatia, Ranchi have been attached.

After some arguments, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Competent Court. He, however, prays that the respondents be directed not to take any further coercive

action against the petitioner for one week, to enable the petitioner to approach the Competent Court.

Learned counsel for the respondents fairly do not oppose the aforesaid request.

Accordingly, the writ petition along with pending application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Competent Court. It is made clear that the respondents will remain bound by their statements and will not take any further coercive action against the petitioner for the next one week i.e. till 14.01.2020.
