This application seeks release of funds deposited by the respondent, before this Court, pursuant to order dated 26th February 2024, along with up-to-date interest.

Pursuant to settlement, arrived at, between the parties, a decree of divorce has now been drawn by order dated 27th February 2024, by the Family Courts, Karkardooma.

Counsel for respondent has no objection to the release of funds in favour of petitioner.
4.
Accordingly, the application is allowed and Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs.10 lakhs along with accrued interest, in favour of petitioner.

The application stands disposed of.
