Pursuant to the previous directions of this Court, Mr. Praveen Singh, Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India, is present through VC.

The petitioner has alleged that unnecessary hindrance is created while he works as a Guide inside the fort area. It is alleged that some security guards and some other officials of the Archaeological Department keep accosting him and his tourists falsely imputing that he is not allowed to work inside the fort.

Mr. Praveen Singh says that after the directions passed by this Court, the same are being dutifully complied with. It is assured that he would call the petitioner for a personal hearing and would appropriately counsel the other staff members of the Archaeological Survey of India, so that they maintain proper discipline and decorum and do not create any kind of hindrance in the working of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
