O R D E R

% 12.02.2020 The present bail application has been filed by petitioner for grant of bail to petitioner FIR NO. 0335/2019 dated 27.9.2019, registered under Sections 308/34 IPC at Police Station Station Nabi Karim, Delhi. It is not in dispute that one accused has been granted anticipatory bail by Court of Sessions and another accused is admitted on regular bail, however, both accused were seen in the CCTV footage. It is also not in dispute that petitioner is not seen in the CCTV footage.

However, without commenting upon merits of the case, I am of the view that present case is fit for bail. Therefore, petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

Before parting with the order, it is relevant to mention that nothing contained in this order shall be construed as an expression on the merits of the case.

The present bail application is allowed and disposed of. Copy of this order be transmitted to the Jail Superintendent and the Trial Court concerned for compliance.
