% 22.01.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liquor was allegedly recovered from the open place and not from the house of petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner is ready to join the investigation. It is further submitted that petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged recovery. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
