The Petitioner was previously released on parole for a period of four weeks by this Court vide order dated 17th November, 2025, in W.P.(CRL) 569/2025.

It is urged that the Petitioner continues to undergo his medical treatment and, therefore, seeks extension of parole for a further period of 4 weeks.

Mr. Sanjay Lao, SC for State, submits that the Petitioner must first approach the competent authority with such a request. He submits that, if such a request is made, the same shall be processed expeditiously keeping in view the Petitioner's medical condition.
