By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks revocation of the Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Kait, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the LOC was initially downgraded, but vide communication dated 18.10.2024, addressed to Deputy Commissioner, Bureau of Immigration, instructions have been issued for revocation of the said LOC. The communication is handed over in the Court and taken on record. It is also stated that necessary follow up would be taken up with respondent No. 4 for giving effect to the aforesaid letter.
