After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to participate in the proceedings before the Trial Court. However, learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner may be given some protection, taking into consideration his age and his defence.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the petitioner to move an application before the Trial Court to recall the process under Section 82 of the

Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and the Trial Court may consider the application sympathetically, taking into consideration the age of the petitioner. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn.
