This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking mutation/conversion of 1/4th share of the petitioners in property bearing No. BM-27 (West), Shalimar Bagh, Delhi-110052 in favour of the petitioners.

Ms. Sachdeva, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the petitioners have filed an application before the respondent for the updation of records in respect of the aforesaid property which is pending since 2022. 3.

Mr. Bansal, learned counsel for the respondent, states that for the purpose of processing the application of the petitioners, they are required to submit 17 documents as enumerated below:

"LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

2. One Bond

3. Certified Copy of the Will

4. D Form Occupancy Certificate

5. Special Power of Attorney with signature

6. Proof of Relationship

7. Registered Deed

8. Registered Bond

9. Current Physical Proof

10. PAN Card and Aadhar Card of Applicant

11. Death Certificate of the Deceased

12. SMC

13. Lease Deed

14. Demand/Allotment Letter

15. Handing Over Possession Letter

16. Site Position Slip

17. NOC from other legal heirs"

In this view of the matter, the petitioners shall furnish the aforesaid documents within 6 weeks from today and the application of the petitioners shall be processed by the respondent within 8 weeks thereafter. 5.

In case there is any document which is inadequate/not in the prescribed form, the respondent shall duly inform the petitioner in writing and the petitioner shall rectify the same.
