No. 5094/2016 By this application jointly moved by the parties, they seek a direction to take the MOU dated 30.03.2016 arrived at between them, on record for implementing the consent decree dated 02.08.2000. The application has been signed by all the parties and their respective counsel. It is also

supported by the affidavits of all the parties. The MOU signed by the parties, in original, has been placed on record. By the MOU, the parties have divided the properties in question by metes and bounds in three shares. The same is demarcated in the site plan filed along with the MOU. Accordingly, the said MOU is taken on record, which shall bind the parties.

All other applications stand disposed of.
