The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent/MCD to demolish the unauthorised construction being raised at the property bearing H. No. A-27, Ashok Vihar, Phase-III, P.S. Bharat Nagar, North West Delhi- 110052.

Mr.

Siddhant Nath, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/MCD on advance notice, submits that the construction is being carried out pursuant to a sanctioned plan. He submits, on instructions, that deviations from the sanctioned plan in the construction are compoundable in nature.
