This is an Application filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking early hearing of the present Petition in view of the settlement arrived between the parties.

2.1 Learned Counsel for the Respondent accepts notice. 3.

In view of the above, the Application is allowed and the matter is taken up for hearing today.

Learned Counsel for the Parties submit that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre, Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi in terms of settlement Agreement dated 24.07.2024. 5.

already received the sum of Rs. 99,000/- and the balance payment of Rs. 1,31,000/- is yet to be received.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that as per the terms of the settlement, the balance payment shall be made to the Respondent immediately upon the release of the amount which were deposited with the Court.

In view of the contentions of the parties, let the amounts deposited with the Court in terms of order dated 10.03.2023, inclusive of interest, be released in the name of the Respondent by the Registry of this Court. 8.

Accordingly, the present Petition is disposed of as settled. 9.

All pending Applications are also closed.

The date fixed, i.e., 12.11.2024 stands cancelled. 11.
