By way of the present application, the applicant is seeking interim bail for a period of 45 days on the ground of pregnancy of his wife, in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 12/2026, registered at Police Station Crime Branch, Delhi, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 21/25/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereafter 'NDPS Act').

After addressing some arguments, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with permission to file the application for interim bail after the child is born. 3.

In view of the above, the present application along with pending application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
