This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 11(6) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator.

Learned counsel for Respondent No. 2 has taken an objection to the maintainability of this petition on the ground that this Court lacks territorial jurisdiction. Learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly and candidly does not dispute this position and on instructions, seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action in the Court of competent jurisdiction.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for, in accordance with law.
