W.P.(CRL) 28/2020 and CRL.M.A. 115/2020 (stay) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking setting aside of the summoning notices dated 12.11.2019, 20.11.2019, 04.12.2019 and 12.12.2019.
Learned counsel for the State submits that enquiry is being conducted in the matter and has not yet been concluded. On instructions
from IO, learned counsel for the State submits that since at present only an enquiry is being conducted and no FIR has been registered, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that a copy of the complaint may be supplied to them.
Heard. Let copy of the complaint be given to the petitioners during the course of the day. Since only enquiry is being conducted by respondents and petitioners are not required by the IO any further, the present petition stands disposed of and in case any further cause of action arises, the petitioners are at liberty to avail remedy as per law. The Investigation Officer is also at liberty to enquire into the matter as per law.
