O R D E R

% 18.02.2020 Pursuant to the order dated 22.01.2020, the learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the respondents are ready and willing to grant an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondents to grant a personal hearing to the petitioner and pass a fresh Speaking Order within a period of four weeks from today. While passing such order, the respondents shall remain uninfluenced of the order impugned in the present petition.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved of the order so pass, it shall always be open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with the law. All the contentions of the petitioner shall also remain open in such challenge.
