Fourth Anticipatory Bail Application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.') has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Piyush for grant of Anticipatory Bail in Case FIR No. 447/2024 under Section 118(1), 126(2), 3(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.') Police Station Vijay Vihar, Delhi.
