% 10.04.2026 1.
Status Report has been handed over by the learned counsel for ASC for State in compliance of the earlier order, which is taken on record. 2.
Though, in view of the long incarceration undergone by the petitioner, this Court would not have hesitated to consider his case for grant of parole, however, considering that the petitioner has been convicted for major punishment and his Nominal Roll reflects that two fresh FIRs were registered against him twice when he was earlier released on parole, since he may be a threat to the society there is no ground for this Court to grant him parole for his maintaining social relations with his family and/ or the community to fulfil his familial social obligations and responsibilities by interfering with the order dated 16.02.2026 passed by the Competent Authority.
3.
As such, the present petition is dismissed.
