Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The proceedings of this contempt petition have been instituted alleging disobedience of an order dated 28.05.2025 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court whereby the order under challenge therein was stayed with a further direction that the appellant therein shall calculate the differential of pension that may be payable in terms of the impugned The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. judgment to the employees, including the arrears and the same shall be placed before the Court.

The submission of learned senior counsel for the petitioner is that though the Appellate Court has stayed the impugned judgment, however, the appellants therein were under an obligation to place the calculation of the differential of pension before the Court which they have not done. 4.

For the aforesaid purpose, we are of the opinion, that a contempt petition would not be the appropriate remedy, rather, the petitioner ought to move an application before the Appellate Court where LPA 363/2025 is pending.

At this juncture, learned senior counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be permitted to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to approach the Appellate Court in the aforesaid LPA by way of moving an appropriate application.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
