This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "1. Direct the Respondent No. 1, 2 & 4 to forthwith conduct examination of LB-601 Advocacy Professional Ethics and Accountancy for Lawyers for Petitioner No. 1 in supplementary exams.

2. Direct the Respondent No. 1, 2 & 5 to forthwith allocate appropriate sections to Petitioner No. 2 & 3 in the IVth and VIth semester respectively without any further delay, so as to enable them to attend classes and continue their academic pursuits, in the interest of justice.

3. Direct the Respondent No. 1, 2, 4 & 5 to forthwith declare the result of the Petitioners without any further delay, so as to enable them to attend classes and continue their academic pursuits, in the interest of justice.

4. Allow the Petitioners to get all consequential benefits including release of Results, conduct Supplementary exam, promotion and section allotment."

Mr. Rupal, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 states that since attendance is no longer the criteria, consequential benefits will ensue in favour of the petitioners in terms of the schedule and in light of the judgment passed in Suicide Committed by Sushant Rohilla, Law Student of I.P. University, In re, 2025 SCC OnLine Del 7920. 3.

Taking the statement of Mr. Rupal, learned counsel on record and binding the respondents to the same, the present petition is disposed of.
