By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 12/2026 dated 12.01.2026, registered at Police Station Rajouri Garden, District West, New Delhi, under Sections 110/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.
Mr. Vikas Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that after filing of the present bail application, the chargesheet has been filed. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this application, with liberty to the applicant to move the learned Sessions Court. 3.
The bail application, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission. 4.
It is made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the merits of the matter.
