4. The present appeal under Clauses X of the Letters Patent seeks to assail the order dated 15.01.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 11128/2023. 5. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant submits that instead of pressing the present appeal, the appellant will be raising all grounds including the grounds raised in the present appeal before the learned Tribunal.

6. The appeal is accordingly, dismissed as not pressed, making it clear that it will be open for the appellant to raise all grounds permissible in law before the learned Tribunal.
