Learned counsels for the parties are ad-idem that in view of the subsequent Petition filed under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 ['Act'], in which the statements of the parties have been recorded in the First Motion, this Appeal may not require adjudication on merits.

This Court has been informed that the Family Court has kept the matter for recording of statements of the parties in the Second Motion on 30.08.2025.
