% 29.01.2016 CRL. M.A. No. 65/2016 (under Section 482 Cr.P.C.) Counsel for the Applicant has handed over in Court today the certified copies of the order dated 24.09.2015 passed by ASJ-02/SE/ND.

The same are taken on record.

In terms of the said order passed by Ld. ASJ, the fresh Personal Bond and Surety Bond on behalf of Respondent No.1, namely, Pramod @ Sunny have been furnished before the Trial Court in terms of this Hon'ble Court's order dated 13.07.2015 and the same were duly accepted. The Applicant had stood as surety in this Court on behalf of Respondent No.1 in terms of the Hon'ble Court's order dated 06.01.2015 and had furnished the security of Rs. 10,000/- by furnishing Confirmation of Deposit Receipt bearing No.

099100PU00032900 on which an endorsement was made. The original receipt was handed over to the Applicant which has been produced today before the undersigned for the purpose of cancellation of endorsement made on the back of the said Confirmation of

Deposit Receipt.

The endorsement made thereon has been cancelled and the original Confirmation of Deposit Receipt has been handed over to Counsel for the Applicant after retaining a photocopy thereof on record.

The application stands disposed of.
