The petition under Section 29A (4) and 29A (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, seeking two months' extension for the Arbitrator to pass the Arbitration Award. 2.
It is submitted that the final arguments have been concluded and only the award is to be passed. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator is expiring on 26.02.2024. Hence, the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the extension.

It is requested that considering the ill-health of the learned Arbitrator, the extension may be granted for three months. 4.
Considering the submissions made, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by three months from 26.02.2024.
