The only prayer made in the present writ petition is to issue directions to the learned Central Administrative Tribunal to dispose of M.A. No. 2896/2024 in O.A. No. 18/2024.

It is claimed by the Petitioners that an interim order had been passed in the subject original application and the application to vacate the same, that is, M.A. No. 2896/2024, has not been decided for a considerable time.

Keeping in view the aforesaid position, the writ petition is disposed of while requesting the learned Tribunal to either take up the concerned application for modification/ vacation of the interim order or to hear the subject original application expeditiously and decide the same preferably within a period of next three months. 4.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
