BAIL APP. NO. 165/2019 This order is in continuation of last order of 21st January, 2019 . Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State has handed over a copy of status report and submits that petitioner has joined investigation. However, it is submitted that no medical examination of complainant has been done.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, interim order of 21st January, 2019 is made absolute. In the event of arrest, petitioner be

admitted to bail subject to furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigation Officer concerned.

With aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of. Dasti.
