The petitioner, vide the present application, seeks preponement of the next date of hearing in the captioned petition in view of the Settlement Agreement executed inter se the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC) on 03.12.2025. 2.

For the reasons stated therein, the present application is allowed and disposed of.

In view of the order passed in CM APPL. 77208/2025, the present petition is taken up for hearing today.

petitioner/ landlord alongwith the petitioner in person seeks to withdraw the present petition.

This Court has perused the terms of settlement as recorded inter-se the petitioner and the respondents and finds them to be lawful. 6.

The petitioner and the respondents shall remain bound by the terms of settlement as recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 03.12.2025. 7.

Learned (proxy) counsel for the parties appearing alongwith with their respective parties submit that they shall comply with the Settlement Agreement dated 03.12.2025. In terms thereof, the petitioner has handed over two cheques in Court amounting to Rs.2,00,000/- in favour of respondent nos.7 to 9, vide cheque bearing No.000004 dated 08.12.2025 (Bank of Baroda), and an additional amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in favour of respondent nos.1 to 6 vide cheque bearing No.000003 dated 08.12.2025 (Bank of Baroda). In turn, the respondents/ tenants undertakes to hand over the keys of the subject premises to the petitioner/ landlord on 15.12.2025.

Accordingly, the present petition alongwith the pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
