The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application submitting that the chargesheet has already been filed and he shall be moving an appropriate application before the learned Trial Court for which he seeks liberty. He further submits that the petitioner shall be moving an application for regular bail within 30 days and interim protection be extended till then. 2.

Permission and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 3.

In view of the above, the interim protection, granted to the petitioner vide Order dated 07.03.2022, is also extended for another period of 30 days.

In view of the above, the petition along with the pending application stands disposed of.
