Application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as 'CPC') has been filed on behalf of the Appellant for withdrawal of the accompanying Appeal.

It is submitted that pursuant to a Settlement inter se the parties, Release Deed dated 06.04.2026 has been executed by the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, who have already released their 50% undivided share in respect of the Suit Property in faovur of the Appellant and the Respondent No. 3. The Release Deed has already been registered. be withdrawn and the keys deposited in the learned Trial Court, be released in favour of the Appellant and the Respondent No. 3. 5.
Mr. Rakesh Bansal, the Appellant is present in person. 6.
All the three Respondents are appearing through video-conferencing along with their counsel. All the parties endorse the terms of the Settlement. Mr. Naresh Bansal, the Appellant and Mr. Naresh Bansal, the Respondent No. 3 undertake to appear jointly before the learned Trial Court for release of the keys of the Suit Property.

In terms of the Settlement between the parties, the accompanying Appeal is permitted to be withdrawn.

The learned Trial Court may release the key of the Suit Property jointly to the Appellant and the Respondent No. 3. 9.
The Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. RFA 130/2024 10.
