% 08.01.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking directions to the respondent not to disturb the petitioner from his present vending/ hawking site i.e. near/ in front of Shop No.60, Babu Market, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi till the final allotment of vending site is completed. After some arguments, Mr. Satish Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Town Vending Committee as and when constituted.
