The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "i) Quash the FIR No. 171/2019 dated 8.5.2019 P.S. Dwarka North U/S 420 IPC;
ii) Any other relief as may be deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner." 2.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that chargesheet in the present FIR has been filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner without prejudice to the rights and contentions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the grounds taken herein before the learned Trial Court in accordance with law at the point of consideration on charge.
