Counsel for the Respondent has apprised the Court that the instant petition assails order dated 9th November, 2020 declining maintenance to the Petitioner. He further apprises the Court that the underlying complaint under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19731 itself has been dismissed in default way back on 13th May, 2022.
