O R D E R

% 03.02.2020 The petitioner is seeking extension of parole for a period of six weeks on the ground of his spine surgery.

Dr. Vineet Bhai from Arvind Hospital, Karnal, is present in person. The doctor has filed the discharge summary of the petitioner. He submits that stitches of the petitioner would be removed today and he needs bed rest for five weeks.

In these circumstances, the parole of the petitioner is extended for a further period of six weeks, on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 22.10.2019.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
