The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS (Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.) seeks the following prayers:

"a) Allow the present Writ Petition and release the applicant on 1st Spell of Furlough on furnishing cash surety instead of single surety of Rs. 10,000/-for the period of 21 days in FIR 989/2015, PS Mahender Park b) Pass such other or further Order(s) as it may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the applicant and in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the latter has since been released on furlough and thus, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
