It is pointed out that the name of the company has already been struck off from the record of the Registrar of Companies in the year 2022.

The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner states that though steps have been taken for restoration of the company, however, no order has been passed till date.

In view of the above, in the absence of restoration orders, the petitions are disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application as and when the name of the company is restored in the record of the Registrar of Companies. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
