The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking withdrawal of the present petition.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that advance notice of the present application has already been served upon the respondents as well as their counsel. However, nobody has appeared on behalf of the respondents. 4.

Learned Senior counsel further submits that, as on date, the present petition has become infructuous and so it be disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition, as and when circumstances of the case so warrants.
