The applicant/accused seeks interim bail for 90 days in case FIR No. 166/2023 of Police Station Karawal Nagar, District (North-East) for offence under Section 302/120B/34 IPC.

The interim bail for 90 days sought by the accused/applicant is on the ground that her son is unwell. The medical documents filed with the application are of first week of February, 2026 and the same mention the illness as cold, cough and bronchitis.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application.

4. As requested, the interim bail application and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
