Arguments heard.

Complainant alleged that he was going on his motorcycle near Nehru Nagar Petrol Pump, Delhi where he noticed a quarrel going on near Ring Road between the two parties.

Petitioner stopped the motorcycle of complainant and gave an iron rod blow to him. Initially, FIR was registered under Sections 323/341 IPC.

During the investigation, injury of the

complainant was opined to be grievous on account of fracture. Accordingly, Section 308 IPC was added.

Injured has already been discharged from the hospital. Petitioner is in custody for the last two months.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
